Aegis FSI is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Finance, Banking and Insurance market. On behalf of a Real Estate holding company we are looking for a:

Project Manager

The ideal candidate owns a bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering and has a proven experience (around 10 years) in a similar role within a Real Estate company. He/She possesses a solid on-site experience and ability to deal with all project stakeholders at all levels.

The candidate will oversee projects on all stages from design (urban planning, building permit design, technical design) up until construction, and will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.

Main Tasks:

• Ensuring the delivery of project on-time, within scope and budget;
• Supervising subcontractors by managing contracts, assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
• Coordinating with internal and external resources in Italy and abroad;
• Attending sites to monitor progress and quality;
• Preparing project budgets and managing costs, as well as creating the project timeline;
• Providing project updates and reports to management as needed;
• Day-to-day management of specific goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD , Microsoft Project, and Office tools;
• Fluency in English – both written and verbal communication skills;
• Effective communication and team-building skills;
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, as well as a talent for organization and the ability to work unsupervised;
• Self-motivation and relevant persuasive and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred experience in project lead with BIM processes.
