Senior Property Manager

The ideal candidate owns a bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering and has a proven experience in a similar role within a Real Estate company.

The Senior Property Manager will report directly to the Country Manager and will have significant autonomy in managing the property portfolio. This role will involve not only overseeing day-to-day operations but also taking the lead in developing and implementing procedures and processes to optimize property management efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be highly proactive, and possess strong leadership skills to drive improvements across the portfolio.

Main tasks:

• Manage the preparation and execution of annual and multi-year budgets (CapEx/OpEx), ensuring cost control and efficiency.
• Draft ordinary and extraordinary maintenance plans and monitor their implementation.
• Oversee the management of condominium expense reports, maintenance plans, and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead and implement ESG strategies, with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and achieving Net Zero Carbon goals across the entire real estate portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in property, facilities, and administrative management, with proven leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of property management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and teams effectively.
• Excellent Italian and English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
