Institutional Sales

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, especially among Privatized Schemes for Professionals (Casse di Previdenza), and a strong understanding of private assets products. The resource will cultivate and manage relationships with Institutional clients, drive business growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs;
  • Work in conjunction with other institutional sales with a strong focus on Privatized Schemes for Professionals (Casse di Previdenza), aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets;
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage in consultative selling to position client’s asset management offerings effectively;
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, offering insights to clients and positioning the company’s solutions as industry leading. Private assets focus will be prioritized;
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of the client’s offerings;
  • Work closely with Client service teams to ensure proper pre and post sales activities as well as due diligence activities;
  • Abide by internally established control systems and conduct all activities in accordance with the company values, policies, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven network in the institutional channel, with a particular focus on Privatized Schemes for Professionals (Casse di Previdenza) and on Private Assets;
  • Strong network and existing relationships with institutional clients;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex investment strategies;
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment;
  • Fluency in English.
